This strange SW Persian rug sports six interconnected "Murghi" or "Chicken/Bird" Medallions on a dark navy field. Its use of ivory adds great contrast and accentuates the other colors in the rug. Also features three fantastic borders which seem to derive from Turkoman rugs.
